Ryan Cullum

Hey there, I'm Ryan! I'm a Level Designer at Airship Syndicate where I shipped Wayfinder—a multiplayer third-person ARPG—and am currently contributing to an unannounced isometric RPG. I have designed open world environments and scripted interactive gameplay systems across FPS, MMO-lite, and ARPG genres. I specialize in rapid prototyping with UE5/Blueprint systems, custom tool development, and cross-functional collaboration.

I began learning Level Design while working full-time as a Full Stack Web Developer, spending nights and weekends on game development projects. My technical background gives me a strong foundation for building internal tools and environmental gameplay systems. I'm particularly passionate about using technology to make the "impossible" feel achievable.
